SUMMER SCHOOL BUS UPDATE:

Effective THURS, JUNE 15, bus #26 (Loose Creek) will depart from IC Church at 7:20 (previously 7:30).  Students who previously rode Mr. Royston's bus (Hwy T to the Marie's River Bridge) will now ride bus #26 (Lenny Kremer's bus).

 

ALL 7th-12th Grade Students:

Now is the time to start watching for other students to sell calculators. If you purchase a new calculator over the summer, bring it UNOPENED to Open House on Aug 14 so a math teacher can approve it to be sure it is a model you can use.  If it is not approved and it has not been opened, you should be able to return or exchange it.  Click HERE to view a picture of approved calculators.

SUMMER SCHOOL: May 31, 2017 - June 27, 2017

 

Incoming Freshmen:

Incoming freshmen should plan to attend "FRESHMAN FRENZY/TEAM SPIRIT DAY" on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This will be a day full of informative sessions, including trips to Missouri S&T in Rolla and State Technical College in Linn. (This event replaces the freshman orientation day we have held in the past.)

Students need to arrive at school between 7:30-7:55 a.m. and report to the Multi-Purpose Room. We will leave for Missouri S&T in Rolla by 8:00, then head to State Technical College in Linn. We will arrive back at Fatima at approximately 3:00, so students will need to bring money with them for lunch.

A parent meeting will be held that night at 5:20 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room to discuss the A+ program, Lumen (Fatima's student data base), and high school in general.

Open House: 

Open House for K-6 is 5:30 - 7:30 PM.  7-12 students and parents are invited to attend Fatima's Open House Monday, August 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Find your locker, find your classrooms, meet administrators, teachers and staff! 

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 16, 2017.

Parents/Guardians:

Due to student supervision issues, students are not allowed to enter the building prior to 7:30 AM.  Students are not to arrive at Fatima prior to 7:30 AM - doors will be locked until that time. Please be advised staff members arriving prior to 7:30 AM will NOT allow students to enter prior to 7:30.

Students are not to stay after school unless in a SUPERVISED activity (utilizing the supervised library, club meeting/event, tutoring, etc.). Due to a supervision issue, students are not allowed to stay after school until game time, etc.  They are required to go home, and return at an appropriate time prior to the start of the event.

Students caught loitering in hallways/classrooms unsupervised before/after school will be subject to disciplinary action.

SCHOOL BREAKFAST and LUNCH PRICES FOR 2016/17:

The cost for HS and Elementary Breakfast will remain at $1.25 per meal.

Elementary Lunch - $1.95 per meal

High School Lunch - $2.20 per meal

(School is in session 174 days)

An application for free/reduced meals will be sent home with every student on the first day of school.  All families are strongly urged to apply for Free/Reduced meals as all qualifying students greatly benefit school funding.

Parents of HS Students: 

When your child turns 18 they must sign an Authorization to Disclose Information to Parent/Legal Guardian to allow us to release information to you (attendance, immunizations, course schedule, grade reports, progress reports, discipline, etc.).   Please talk to your child and make sure they understand without the signed document on file, we will be unable to provide you with information after they turn 18.
